Mahesh Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd is an independent power producer building utility-scale ground-mounted solar and battery storage assets across India.
Founded by a team with two decades of operating experience across the Indian renewable landscape, the company was chartered to bring the discipline of large-format infrastructure — bankability, timeline predictability, long-tenor O&M — to a market that too often trades one for the other.

55 MW under PM-KUSUM. Eleven sites. One state, engineered as one programme.
Our current construction programme spans eleven feeder-level solar plants in Maharashtra under the PM-KUSUM Component-C mandate. Each site is designed for stable feeder-level supply to agricultural DISCOM networks, with modular O&M protocols and shared spares strategy.
APPROACH

We treat solar and BESS as one asset class. Our engineering approach couples PV generation with lithium-iron-phosphate storage sized for dispatchability, ancillary services and time-of-day peaking — anticipating where the Indian grid is going, not where it is.

Beyond Maharashtra, we are actively pursuing tenders across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh — through SECI, NTPC and state DISCOM instruments. Every bid is stress-tested against our internal cost-of-capital, EPC benchmarks and grid absorption models.
